THE GAME CONSISTS OF 6 ACTIVITIES
Truth / Untrue - There are facts on these cards. Can you guess which are right and which aren't? Don't worry, if you're going to be narrow, we'll advise you.
Draw - Reveal unconscious prejudices, open yourself to creativity and perhaps even smile about transferring inclusion and diversity into artistic drawings.
Talk in pairs - Streamline the debate on different life situations regarding inclusion and diversity and divide into pairs. The activity will also serve the more shy members of the groups.
Start with yourself - The aim of this activity is to inspire reflection, what steps you are already taking towards an inclusive and diversified environment and what else you can do.
What would you do if you were a colleague - Prepare for different model situations and learn how to react in accordance with inclusion and diversity from a colleague's perspective.
What would you do if you were a manager - Prepare for different model situations and learn how to react in accordance with inclusion and diversity from the manager's perspective.
